E, nonostante il comportamento indegno di TWW di tutti questi mesi, in data 1 novembre "un gruppo di lavoratori della Transcom" ha fatto pubblicare una lettera sul quotidiano "Il Centro", nella quale si esprime profonda gratitudine nei confronti di un'azienda che ha dato loro l'opportunità di continuare a lavorare a Roma (!!!). La lettera è piena di considerazioni sentimental-romantiche sul terremoto, sulle macerie, sulle vite sconvolte e spezzate, sulle case distrutte, tutte cose che pare riguardino solo e soltanto tale gruppo trasferitosi a Roma. E, mentre quest'ultimo era alle prese con una tragedia che, invece, gli altri dipendenti sembra non stessero vivendo, "l'azienda non si tira indietro e ci offre di continuare a lavorare in via temporanea at a location different from that of the Eagle ".
