Ingredients: Potatoes boiled and mashed
a handful of grated cheese, preferably goat
a piece of sausages, cut into small pieces
chopped parsley black pepper to taste
salt 2 egg yolks 2 egg whites
breadcrumbs oil for frying
Assemble all the ingredients. Make the croquettes in egg and coat well enervated and pass in the breadcrumbs. Fry in olio caldo.
